The office is currently able to accept payment from a limited number of commercial insurance plans. If you are not insured through one of these plans, this does not mean that you cannot see us. If you are claiming on your out-of-network benefits, we will provide you with an itemized receipt called a "superbill," which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Many of our patients are reimbursed a significant portion of the cost of the session. We encourage you to contact your insurance carrier and ask about "out-of-network mental health benefits." You may also wish to ask about your "out-of-network deductible." Payment is due at the time of service.
We are able to accept Straight Medicare at this time. We do not accept Medicare Advantage Plans. Traditional Part B Medicare will only cover 80% of your visit and you must meet your annual deductible each year. Your secondary insurance may or may not pay your copayments. Our office does not bill secondary insurance directly. Any copayments are the responsibility of the patient.
We do not accept Medicaid or Community Plans at this time.
